Since all our fermented products require refrigeration, we use SF Express cold chain delivery service to ensure that the freshest products are delivered to our customers.
Please provide your delivery address so we can arrange for home delivery.
Delivery time
Once the order is confirmed, the goods will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Customers should specify their preferred delivery date and time when placing the order, and we will arrange delivery accordingly.
All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product inventory. If any item in your order is out of stock or the shipping time needs to be changed, we will notify you by phone, SMS, or email before shipping.

We believe in simplicity and purity; Ferma Coffee is made solely from coffee and cane sugar, with no additives or preservatives. Each small batch undergoes meticulous quality control to ensure flavor, nutrition, and vitality. Natural sediment is a sign of quality—please gently shake before serving.
For the best taste, we recommend adding ice. Please open carefully, as the natural bubbles give the coffee an extra kick.
After opening, please consume within a week.

We never pasteurize, ensuring your drinks always retain their natural active probiotics. The bubbles and sediment are a testament to vitality—each sip is packed with a rich blend of active cultures.
This product contains trace amounts of alcohol produced during the fermentation process. It is not recommended for pregnant women, those with alcohol allergies, or individuals with diabetes.
Please open gently, as the natural carbonation may be quite active.
